Giving Opportunities

Scholarships. Research. Creating a more welcoming campus.

When you give to the 2017 IUPUI Campus Campaign, you can choose to support the cause you care about the most.

Gifts to the campus campaign could support:

  • The unit or cause you’re passionate about
  • The Welcoming Campus Initiative, Chancellor Nasser Paydar’s Chancellor’s Choice for the 2017 IUPUI Campus Campaign
  • Scholarships that will change our students’ lives for the better
  • Faculty support that will enable us to increase the quality of our research and the caliber of the education we deliver to our students
  • Vital resources for staff members that will empower us to better serve the needs of our growing student population

Matching opportunities for IUPUI faculty, staff, and retirees

As part of For All: The Indiana University Bicentennial Campaign, President Michael A. McRobbie has set aside funds to enhance all new endowments of at least $25,000 established by current or former full-time faculty and staff. These endowed gifts may be made to any part of the university. Learn more about the IU bicentennial campaign matching program.

In addition, Chancellor Nasser Paydar and President Michael A. McRobbie are each committing up to $500,000 in IUPUI and IU matching funds for gifts directed to the Welcoming Campus Initiative. As a result, every dollar contributed to the Welcoming Campus Initiative will be matched by two dollars.

Chancellor’s Choice for 2017: The Welcoming Campus Initiative

Chancellor Nasser Paydar recently invited the IUPUI community to reflect on the following question: “How can we make IUPUI a more welcoming campus?”

The community’s answer:

  • By creating a vibrant and inclusive student experience
  • Designing an accessible, inspiring urban campus
  • Investing in faculty and staff
  • Communicating who we are
  • Engaging and integrating with the community

When you give to the Welcoming Campus Initiative, you bring us one step closer to creating a more welcoming and inclusive campus for all.
